When you purchase a course or membership on this site, you are given login credentials to access your purchases. You are never to share these login credentials with anyone. If it is discovered that you have shared your login credentials and someone other than you has accessed your account and courses, your membership to the site and the courses you are enrolled in will be immediately terminated and you will no longer be able to purchase anything else from Singer Savvy Academy.

You are not allowed to share any of the digital and downloadable products. Any digital and downloadable products or courses purchased by you are to be used solely by you, the purchaser.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

SECTION 2 – RETURN POLICY

For any courses that are priced at $199 or below, no returns or refunds will be given.

For any courses that are priced at $200 or above, there is a 7-day money back guarantee. If you contact us within the 7-day time frame and wish for a refund, you may be asked why you would like a refund. Your response to this will not determine your eligibility for the refund but used for informational purposes.

For monthly and yearly membership fees, should you choose to cancel before the month is up, you will not receive a refund but will have access to your courses until the end of the membership period.

SECTION 3 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. Credit card numbers are not saved on our servers and therefore would never be able to be seen by the admins of Singer Savvy Academy.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
