IT’S TIME TO BOOK YOUR SESSION.

Choose a time that is at least 2 weeks away from the day you submit this form. I need that much time to review all of your materials and make notes.

You will book a 2 hour session via Zoom although the session will probably be about 90 minutes. I will send you the Zoom link before your session.

The last step of the process is for you to pay a 50% deposit of $125 to book your session. The remaining $125 will be due the day before the session is scheduled.

IMPORTANT: Should you decide that you no longer wish to have a session, you have 48 hours from submitting this form to cancel. Send me an email at hello@singersavvyacademy.com and tell me that you wish to cancel.

If you cancel within 48 hours, you will receive a full refund of your deposit, no questions asked.

After 48 hours, there will be NO REFUNDS.
